Currently freelance consultant and editor on freedom of artistic expression. Marie Korpe has been working on human rights and freedom of artistic expression since 1997, is co-founder of Freemuse, and its executive director 2000-2013.

 

She has been a speaker at several conferences and appeared in international media.

Formerly a journalist with focus on foreign affairs and has during her career worked for a.o. Swedish Broadcasting Corporation in India, Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency and UNICEF in Pakistan.
